Dee's Cards1 offers the following Returns Policy:

We will accept returns for undamaged factory sealed merchandise if we are notified within 10 days of the transaction. Items must be unopened to qualify for a refund. All other items (sets, binders, promo cards, etc.) have a 10 day return privilege if you are dissatisfied. Please repack all item(s) securely, include a copy of your invoice. We will not accept any returns for items bought in advance to a products release (Pre Sell). Cost to ship the item back to us will be your responsibility unless there was an error on our part in which case we will reimburse your postage.
